Q: How do I sign up?
A: There are a number of ways to sign up. You can call or email our sales department
also DSL customers can fill in the easy to use
signup form. You can also sign up through our easy to use web portal at any service location.

Q: Where can I find a service location?
A: Astrinet has services'
planned throughout Davis. You will be able to find a coverage map of our locations
here in the near future. Site Map
Q: Does your service require a land
line?
A: Astrinet does require you to maintain an
AT&T land line! We are not offering a "Naked" or "Lineless" DSL
offering at this time.
Q: Is there an installation fee?
A: We have two options for installation, self-installation which
is free and onsite installation which is $200.00.
Q: What is self-installation?
A: Self installation is for the user that feels confident that they can plug their modem in correctly and attach it to any extra devices such as wireless/wired routers and configure them properly to work for their needs.
Q: What is onsite installation?
A: Onsite installation is when we send a technician onsite to perform the installation and configuration of all and any devices a user needs to utilize their connection to its fullest.
